English: Historical water level indicator, built 1903, Bremerhaven, Germany. Until 1973, it showed the water level above low water. Each ball stands for 1 m of water, each cone for 20 cm (e.g. two balls and three cones: 2.60 m above low water).
Deutsch: Historischer Wasserstandsanzeiger, erbaut 1903, Bremerhaven, Deutschland. Er zeigte bis 1973 den Wasserstand über Niedrigwasser an. Jeder Ball steht für 1 m Wasserhöhe, jeder Kegel für 20 cm (z.B. zwei aufgezogene Bälle und drei Kegel: 2,60 m über Niedrigwasser).
