English: Valhalla. Medium includes graphite. Steel Auxiliary 3 masted Steam yacht VALHALLA built by Ramage & Ferguson in 1892 for her first owner Capt. J. F. Laycock of Bawtry, Portsmouth, a British Army officer and Olympic sailor. She was Launched from the Victoria Shipyard, Leith on 20 October 1892. 1897 Portsmouth register closed. James Lindsay, 26th Earl of Crawford ( 1847–1913), registered her in London in 1902. This picture drawn 1893-1901. |
