Description
English: VH-CMB Fairchild Argus Mk.1 (24W-41A) c/n 360. This Argus was actually wartime production for the RAF as FK351, via lend-lease (ex USAAF 42-32155). After the war it was civilianised in the UK as G-AJXA prior to being exported to Australia. It was registered VH-CMB on 4 June 1954, with incorrect c/n 362. Formerly based at Tyabb, it is now resident at Gatton, Queensland - Watts Bridge Airfield Festival of Flight 'The Vintage Experience' 2008. File: VH-CMB_YWSG_20080830_2640
