English: Retired Marine Staff Sergeant Vincent Gizzarelli shakes hands with Lt. Gen. John M. Paxton Jr., the commanding general of II Marine Expeditionary Force, after the dedication ceremony of his family's brand new house, Jacksonville, N.C., Apr. 28.
