Deutsch: Blick von der Emser Brücke in die Theodor-Heuss-Allee, Frankfurt am Main, Richtung Innenstadt. Blick rechts auf das Kia Motors European Headquarters & Design Center, Baujahr 2007, Theosor-Heuss-Allee 11. Angeschnitten links das von 2000-2002 erbaute Broker Center ESTRELLA 1 und 2 an der Theodor-Heuss-Allee 44-48, Teil des Broker Office Centers (BOC). Gebaut als 7-geschossiges Gebäude mit ca. 30.300 m² Fläche mit „trading floor“ für 1.200 Wertpapierhändler für das Broker Center ESTRELLA der Investmentbank Dresdner Kleinwort (DKIB). Sie war die Marke, unter der die Dresdner Bank AG ihr Investmentbanking unmittelbar vor Übernahme durch die Commerzbank AG betrieb. Vorherige Marken dieses Geschäfts waren Dresdner Kleinwort Benson (DKB) von 1995 bis 2001 und Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (DrKW) von 2001 bis 2006. Markantes Bauteil ist eine an der Außenseite von Estrella 2 angebracht ca. 100 m³ große LED-Wand, auf der anläßlich der Frankfurter Luminiale 2006 der Experimentalfilm Matrjoschka der Frankfurter Künstler Karin Hoerler öffentlich gezeigt wurde. Im Foto als erkerhafter Fassadenteil sichtbar. Käufer der Liegenschaft Estrella 2 ist der chinesisches Misch-Konzern Fosun Group, Mehrheitseigner der Frankfurter Privatbank Hauck & Aufhäuser, und Partner Resolution Property. Estrella befindet sich im strategisch günstigen und zentrumsnahen Bezirk City West an der Grenze von Europaviertel und Westend sowie gegenüber der bekannten Frankfurter Messe. Die Renovierungsarbeiten an der Estrella Immobilie beginnen voraussichtlich 2017, mit Aussicht auf Fertigstellung Ende 2018. Die vormalige gläserne Verbindugsbrücke zwischen Estrella 1 und Estrella 2 wurde abgerissen. Das Hochhaus namens Estrella 2 des ehemalige Händlerzentrumkomplexes erhielt nunmehr den Namen TRADE, das Hochhaus namens Estrella 1 wurde ebenfalls umgebaut und komplett an die nahe gelegene Ing Bank als Büroreserve vermietet.
