Description |
English: ML417 of the Fighter Collection. This aircraft served with 443 Sqd RCAF and is credited with damaging a FW190 & BF109 and destroying a BF109. It was later rebuilt as a TR9 & sold to the Indian AF as HS543 in 1948. It was shipped to the USA in 1971 & in 1980 it arrived at Duxford in the UK where it was rebuilt as a Mk.IXc. It was the sold in the USA and was last noted with the Planes of fame Museum. |
