Summary
[edit]DescriptionStone wall box on Fan Dringarth - geograph.org.uk - 408850.jpg |
English: Stone wall box on Fan Dringarth I have no idea what this is.
A "U" shaped double thickness dry stone wall has been constructed within the undulations of the landslip. The far wall is backed into the high ground. The side walls stand exposed. The front seems to have been blocked by flat sheets of stone in the past. The whole thing is probably just big enough for an adult to lie down in. Just visible is a rusting rectangular frame with eyeholes all around it. It might have been a small cot bed. A second similar frame lies nearby. |
