Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Snf3/Rgt2-singalling pathway. In absence of glucose repressing complex composed of Rgt1, Mth1/Std1, Cyc8 and Tup1 blocks transcription of HXT genes. When glucose (Glu) is present casein kinase is activated and phosphorylates Mth1/Std1 which is subsequently ubiquitinated and degraded by the proteasome allowing transcription to proceed.

This diagram image could be re-created using vector graphics as an SVG file. This has several advantages; see Commons:Media for cleanup for more information. If an SVG form of this image is available, please upload it and afterwards replace this template with {{vector version available|new image name}}.

It is recommended to name the SVG file “Snf3 img1.svg”—then the template Vector version available (or Vva) does not need the new image name parameter.
