Bahasa Indonesia: GEKINDO bermula dari pos-pos Pekabaran Injil yang dibentuk oleh Pdt.Benny Nenoharan, MDiv dan Pdt.Ny.Anna Nenoharan, STh sejak 16 Juli 1984 s.d. 16 Juni 1987 di Jakarta dan sekitarnya. Sebelumnya ada rencana untuk menjalin kerjasama dengan Gereja Kristen Injili Indonesia yang berpusat di Curup-Bengkulu, tetapi karena letak geografisnya terlalu jauh, maka pada 31 Oktober 1993 pos-pos PI ini sepakat untuk mendirikan satu sinode gereja yang diberi nama Gereja Keesaan Injili Indonesia (GEKINDO) yang berpusat di Jakarta.
English: GEKINDO started from the Evangelical Messages posts established by Rev. Benny Nenoharan, MDiv and Pdt. Ny. Anna Nenoharan, STh from July 16, 1984 to June 16, 1987 in Jakarta and its surroundings. Previously, there was a plan to cooperate with the Indonesian Evangelical Christian Church, which was centered in Curup-Bengkulu, but because the geographical location was too far away, on October 31, 1993 these Evangelical Missionaries agreed to establish a synod of churches which was named the Indonesian Evangelical Oneness Church *(GEKINDO) based in Jakarta.
