| Description |
English: Refurbishment of Ashburton Court, Sussex Street Ashburton Court is the two office blocks seen in the picture, which sit on top of car parks. They were built in the 1960s and house Hampshire County Council staff. The refurbishment will double the number of staff that can be accommodated whilst halving the energy consumption per square metre. The County Council claims the refurbishment will save money compared with the alternatives whilst critics claim that the costs are excessive. |
