Description

The railway line near Solihull Station from Streetsbrook Road.

Traffic is quite busy down here, so was hard to find a point to cross over and get the other side of the bridge.

After getting the second shot, noticed that I missed a Chiltern train!

Well I wasn't going to hang around for a train to come!

Trains go up and down here on the Chiltern Mainline, and on local London Midland services.


At Solihull Station, noticed that they are doing work on the Long Stay Car Park.

This way towards Olton Station.

Looks like there was once 3 or 4 tracks here in the past.

Solihull Station has an abandoned third platform.
