Description
English: rVSV CVS G AF647 particles undergo retrograde transport within neutral endosomes. Time-lapse imaging of microchannel neurites of a compartmentalized culture of DRG neurons stained with CellTracker (red). AF647-labeled rVSV RABV G particles (blue) and LysoTracker (green) are imaged by high resolution live confocal microscopy at 3s intervals at 1hpi. Retrograde axoplasmic transport is directed from bottom to top.
