Română: Descrierea stemei:

Potrivit anexei nr. 1.3, stema comunei Poian se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite.

În câmp albastru se află un deal verde alcătuit din trei coline.

Pe cea mai înaltă colină se află o cruce argintie.

Dealul este tăiat de o linie undată, sub care se află un câmp argintiu, presărat de bule albastre.

Crucea este flancată de două stele cu câte șase raze de aur.

Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificațiile elementelor însumate:

Crucea reprezintă hramul bisericii romano-catolice din localitate.

Cele două stele semnifică satele componente ale comunei.

Dealul reprezintă cadrul natural al zonei.

Câmpul argintiu presărat cu bule simbolizează bogăția în ape minerale a subsolului.

Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
