Post-Medieval to Modern Finger Ring
Description
English: A silver wire finger ring of Post-Medieval to Modern date. It is formed from five parallel strands of silver wire that are plaited to form the ring shape. Breaks in individual wires are visible in places. The surviving ring measures 17.75mm in external diameter, 3.76mm in thickness, and 1.12g in weight. This finger ring is of late Post-Medieval to Modern date, c.18th-20th centuries AD, and therefore does not qualify as Treasure under the terms of the Treasure Act.
