Description

Corner of Stone House with street and curb, Waterloo, IL.

This stone house, built in the 1830s, stood in the historic Peterstown district of Waterloo, Illinois. A portion of the Stone curb, still remains, including an old horse trough, cistern, and hand pump, in front of Peterstown House, which was just to the north (right) of the building in the picture
