Description
English: Membrane-targeted PKCδ exert increased protrusion. (2)PKCδ CaaX/ (3)SaaX stably transfected cells were induced with 5 nM EGF and 5 nM insulin as described in (Figures 3a, 4b). Images were taken at 20X objective magnification with resolution 0.35um/pixel. Movie frames were at 15 minute intervals for 5 hours.
