| Description | Peshawar, November 19, 2011 - USAID Power Distribution Program has embarked on a change management initiative at City Sub Division Peshawar, and will be revamping their office to provide a new outlook to demonstrate how progressive utilities need to function. The state of the sub divisions depicts the dismal state of the work environment that lacks proper infrastructure and depends on piles of manual record keeping. USAID Power Distribution Program has started the data analysis, job mapping and re porting analysis for each employee at the sub division to see how they are undertaking their daily tasks and their adherence to existing policies and procedures (commercial, finance, engineering, etc.). USAID Power Distribution Program will then work with the sub division staff to improve their productivity through standard change management processes and procedures. |
