Description
English: Brigadier General James Lukeman, the 2nd Marine Division commanding general, sat down with leaders of the Camp Lejeune Navy Marine Corps Relief Society to talk about what the program does for Marines and sailors, Feb. 18, 2014. Lukeman said it is important to keep the troops informed on services the NMCRS offers. The Society provides financial assistance and education, as well as other programs and services, to members of the United States Navy and Marine Corps, their eligible family members, widows, and survivors. The society is having ’The Active Duty Fund Drive’ from March 1st through April 15th to raise donations so they can continue helping Marines and sailors in the surrounding area.
