English: USSR Peoples Comissariat of Communication (N.K.S.) emblen (1933) on telephone cover. Kharkov.
Русский: Народный комиссариат связи СССР (НКС). Стальная либо чугунная крышка телефонного люка (линия прокладывалась при застройке Загоспромья в 1930-х годах) с эмблемой наркомата в виде электрического разъёма и изолятора с молниями, вписанной в десятиконечную звезду. Харьков, Нагорный район, Загоспромье, улица Данилевского.
