Description
English: Northbound Florida State Road 243 and eastbound Pecan Park Road just before the route encounters the interchange with Interstate 95 in a less than urban section of Northside, Jacksonville, Florida. This view includes a 2-line directional destination sign telling motorists that to get to (Downtown) Jacksonville, Florida, they need to make a right turn at the southbound on-ramp, while those who are seeking to go towards Savannah, Georgia need to go straight ahead and pass under the bridge for the interstate. It doesn't tell them that they need to be in the left-turn lane and turn left after passing unter the bridge, but somehow FDOT expects drivers to know this already.
NOTE: This image was edited to give a clearer view of the text in the road sign.
