Description
English: U.S. Marine Corps 1st lt. Austin J. Hartman, a platoon commander with Weapons Company, Battalion Landing Team, 2nd Battalion, 1st Marines, 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (11 MEU), operates an MG3 (MG42) general-purpose machine gun from the Royal Saudi Naval Forces as part of joint weapons familiarization training during exercise "Red Reef 15" at Ras al Khair, Saudi Arabia. "Red Reef" is part of a routine theater security cooperation engagement plan.
