Detail of old brick wall of casemate Ravelijn a, a remnant of the Nieuwe Bossche Fronten, the low-lying fortifications and water-filled ditches dating from 1816-1823, now being incorporated in Frontenpark. The sun-facing walls are favored by Podarcis muralis, common wall lizards. Here one can be spotted in the top right corner. |
