Deutsch: Am Kemnader See wurde mit dem Mähboot „Manati“ des Ruhrverbands und eigenem Personal ebenfalls wochenlang intensiv gemäht. Allerdings reichten auch hier die Kapazitäten der „Manati“ bei weitem nicht aus, um die gesamte Seefläche freizuhalten. Die Anstrengungen konzentrierten sich daher darauf, die Zuwegungen von den Steganlagen zu den tieferen (und deshalb weniger beeinträchtigen) Seebereichen zu mähen. Gemäht wurde bis zum 12. September an insgesamt 39 Mähtagen, dabei fielen 345 Tonnen Mähgut an – in etwa so viel wie 2020, aber deutlich weniger als in den starken Elodeajahren 2017 und 2018. Die Betriebs-, Personal- und Entsorgungskosten in Höhe von voraussichtlich rund 57.000 Euro trägt am Kemnader See allein der Ruhrverband.
