| Description |
English: Picture taken in Yellowstone National Park situated in the USA. This is the Grand Prismatic Spring, it is one of the largest in the world (250x380 feet). The temperature (147-188°F) and the bacterias are the reason of those brightly colors. The blue comes from the blue rays that contain the sunlight. There is an absorption of the remainder of the color spectrum. It's also blue because of fine particles of silica or clay.
