Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Lady Blantyre's Rock Lady Blantyre, mother-in-law of William Busfeild Ferrand who acquired the St.Ives estate in 1639, would apparently spend much of her free time reading in the shade of this rock. A memorial stone tablet was placed beneath the rock by relatives after her death and a modern wooden statue of her sits beneath the trees across the path.
