Deutsch: Dieses römische Odeon (Odeum, griechisch: Ρωμαϊκό ωδείο)befindet sich in der Stadt Kos (Κως) auf der griechischen Insel Kos (Κω). Das Odeon wurde 1929 vom italienischen Archäologen Luciano Laurenzi bei einer Ausgrabung gefunden. Das Odeon wurde im 2. Jahrhundert nach Cristus erbaut. Das Gebäude war ursprünglich für eine Kapazität von ca. 750 Personen ausgelegt.
English: This Roman odeon (odeum, Greek: Ρωμαϊκό ωδείο) is located in the city of Kos (Κως) on the Greek island of Kos (Κω). The Odeon was discovered in 1929 by the Italian archaeologist Luciano Laurenzi during an excavation. The Odeon was built in the 2nd century after Cristus. The building was originally designed for a capacity of approx. 750 people.
