Description
English: Kensington Street Signs The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea not only has many royal connections but also many literary ones. William Makepeace Thackeray lived in Young Street, Onslow Square, then had a house, "Palace Green", built in Kensington Palace Gardens where he died in 1863. Christmas decorations at the Milestone Hotel surround the sign.
