Description

From the book- "This substantial residence, located at 781 Franklin Avenue, is the home of Architect Linthwaite. To this gentleman, Columbus is indebted as the designer of some of the costliest and handsome residences in the city." While similar houses stand at 771 and 731 Franklin Avenue, the house at 781 Franklin Avenue no longer stands.
