Hawaii and all island groups voted at least 93% in favor of statehood (proposition 1), relinquishing all land claims and disputes to the United States (proposition 2), and full consent to terms of the Admission Act (proposition 3)

The source is the w:Grassroots Institute of Hawaii, a link to the page containing the pdf document is here [1] The document is an official letter from Dwayne Yoshida of the Office of Elections in Hawaii. The image is a composite of the official ballot and results from the 1959 referendum on statehood and territorial claims.
