Notes InfoField | Français : La Seine à Paris, vers l’aval (ouest), entre le port Saint-Bernard (gauche) et le port au Plâtre (droite) prise de la barrière de La Râpée; en arrière-plan, de gauche à droite :
port et porte Saint-Bernard, ancien pont de la Tournelle, chevet de la cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris, quai d’Orléans, quai Dauphin ou des Balcons (actuel quai de Béthune), Hôtel de Bretonvilliers et son jardin occupant la pointe amont (est) de l’île Saint-Louis (actuel square Barye) au confluent des deux bras de la Seine dont celui de droite, dit bras Marie (non visible) est partiellement barré par l’ancienne estacade dite de Saint-Louis (future passerelle de l'Estacade). Cette dernière aboutit à l’île Louviers (ultérieurement rattachée à la rive droite) surmontée de son unique construction. Une deuxième estacade, dite estacade de l'île Louviers est visible derrière le chariot stationné près de la barrière urbaine de la pointe de l'Arsenal visible au fond du chemin. Derrière cette porte s'élève le pavillon dit pavillon à la pointe de l'Arsenal (voir Arsenal de Paris). A droite port au Plâtre animé, bateliers, charretiers transportant du bois, femmes triant des fagots. Des piles de bois séparent le chemin de la rive. Plusieurs tours et clochers émergent du paysage urbain dont le clocher de l’église paroissiale Saint-Louis-en-l’Isle et la tour de l’église Saint-Jacques de la Boucherie. Une maison avec poulie au premier plan à droite. A noter que le port au Plâtre s'étendait entre le port de la Râpée dont l'extrémité aval se trouvait au niveau de la rue Traversière jusqu'à la pointe de l'Arsenal.[1] |
