Description
Čeština: Vlajka obce Proseč pod Ještědem, okres Liberec. Bílý list, v horním rohu a cípu červená čtvrtkruhová pole o poloměru rovném polovině délky listu. V červených polích přivrácené bílé sekery, v bílém poli zelená vztyčená jasanová větev s pěti listy.
