Description
English: WWL-TV broadcast facilities in Gretna, Louisiana was able to broadcast uninterrupted throughout Hurricane Katrina. The construction manager designed the building specifically to withstand high winds and flooding. Notice that the equipment is elevated and that the space under the building can now be used as parking space. Photo by FEMA.
