Description
English: Picture of the Eiffel Tower taken in 1945. I flew to Paris and walked to the Eiffel Tower. The Eiffel Tower is significant because it only took a year [2 years] to build, its claimed to be the tallest structure (until 1931), and and it was built to celebrate the science and engineering of France.
