Summary

[edit]
Description

Mercy Hospital sold off the eastern part of its campus (created during urban renewal) to residential developers The Enterprise Companies. Interestingly, one of the (late) Modernist hospital buildings, right at the middle of the site, remains -- the new buildings envelop it with a new block pattern. That building could make for some interesting condos.
