NSB-propagandafilm over een voorstelling met zang en muziek, gehouden door de Jeugdstorm ter gelegeheid van herdenking gewijd aan Admiraal De Ruyter. De film toont shots van zowel de optredende groep als van het publiek. Achter het koor hangt een schilderij. De film wordt afgesloten met teksten van de titels van liederen met de namen van enkele medewerkers en met leuzen.“Geconfisqueerd oorlogsmateriaal: propagandafilms van de Filmdienst der NSB vrijgegeven ihkv WOII Open Data Depot in een samenwerkingsverband met Beeld en Geluid en Netwerk Oorlogsbronnen (mei 2018)” 02.19 Tekst ; In het concertgebouw te Amsterdam brengt de Jeugdstorm eer aan de grootste zeeheld aller tijden in "De Ruyter Cantate" (grasmaand). 02.27 Camera panoramiseert over koor en orkest opgesteld in het concertgebouw. 02.34 Schilderij van De Ruyter dient als decor. 02.43 Beelden van het koor en orkest worden afgewisseld met die van het publiek ; op de voorste rij o.a.
