Outline
[edit]Constructed in 1935 as part of the JNR(en:Japanese National Railways) Saga Line, it was the largest movable steel bridge in Asia. Today it is open to the public as a pedestrian bridge, and is a symbol of the links between Okawa City with Morodomi Town in Saga Prefecture.
