Description
Español: La Casa de la Capitulación, también conocida como Casa de Morales, es una edificación con características coloniales de mediados del siglo XVIII. Su valor histórico radica en que en su salón principal se firmó el Acta de la Capitulación del último Capitán General español en Venezuela, Comandante Francisco Tomás Morales, el 3 de Agosto de 1823. En 1965 fue declarada Monumento Histórico Nacional por la Junta Nacional Protectora y Conservadora del Patrimonio Histórico y Artístico de la Nación.
