English: 150217-N-DX365-152 NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY BAHRAIN (Feb. 17, 2015) - Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician 3rd Class Kyle Johnston, assigned to Commander, Task Group 56.1 (CTG 56.1), demonstrates to Creativity Private School-Bahrain students how to drive a robot during the Bahraini Youth Science and Technology Event, a joint venture with CTG 56.1 and U.S. Embassy-Manama, at Naval Support Activity (NSA) Bahrain. The event was designed to generate an interest in science and technology within the local youth community and to create an environment that promotes interactions and cultural understanding between all parties. CTG 56.1 conducts mine countermeasures, explosive ordnance disposal, salvage diving and force protection operations throughout the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
