Description
English: Bogwood. Another relic of the past. The peatlands of Scotland often contain vast amounts of wood, roots of pines. Some say these are felled trees, others that the trees died off due to peat formation in a wetter climate. When dried out they burn very well, thouands of years old they are still full of pine tar.
