English: Buddha stands for Peace. This is the picture of Maya Devi Temple, Lumbini located in Rupendehi District of Nepal where Siddhartha Gautam (Buddha) took birth. This place not only possess beauty but also it has great historical significance to this world. Not only for peace but Lumbini depicts the history of Nepalese especially the Birth of religionBuddhism . Where there is violence people demands for peace. This place consists of the artifact during thir era. It is believed that Buddha introduced eights fold path which serves the humanity. Over-all it is one of the re-knowned place as well as the important spritual site of Nepal .
