English: The Chamber of Commerce Building in downtown Billings, Montana. It was built as an Elks lodge in 1911, then served as the Chamber of Commerce starting in 1918. It saved from demolition in the 1990s by a group of concerned locals. The building currently houses offices.
To the left is the former James F. Battin Federal Building, which was being renovated to serve as the new City Hall when this photo was taken. To the right is the Yellowstone County Courthouse.
