Dreistöckiges Gebäude. Baujahr 1907. Arhitekt: József Riva. Konstruktor: Alajos Heinrich. Umgebaut zu Deutsche Botschaft, Arhitekt: Lipót Havel, 1920. Seit 1930 im Besitz der Deutschen Reichskasse (Finanzministerium?). 1949 umgebaut zu das Hauptquartier ~der Ungarischen Demokratischen Verein, Architekt Sándor Soltay. - Belgrád Kai 24, Stadtviertel Belváros (Innenstadt), V. Bezirk, Budapest.

Three-storey Art Nouveau building with two street facade (~passage building). Built in 1907. Architect: József Riva. Contractor: Alajos Heinrich. In 1922 remodelled to the German Embassy 'Palace' according plans of Lipót Havel. Since 1930 owned by the German Imperial Treasury. In 1949 remodelled to the HQ of the Hungarian Women Democratic Asssosiation, architect Sándor Soltay. /Based on research by Zsófia Szarka, budapest100.hu/ - 24 Belgrád Quay /former: Franz Joseph I. Kai Quay/, Belváros (Inner City) neighbourhood, Belváros-Lipótváros district, Budapest, Hungary.
Magyar:
Háromemeletes szecessziós bérház. 1907-ben épült, tervezője Riva József, építője Heinrich Alajos. A németkövetség palotáját először 1922-ben alakítják itt ki, Havel Lipót tervei alapján. 1930-tól a Német Birodalmi Kincstáré az épület. 1949-ben a Magyar Nők Demokratikus Szövetségének Központi Székházának alakítják át Soltay Sándor tervei alapján.Itt élt: élt Vámbéry Ármin (1832-1913). Az 5/2020. (I.30.) számú önkormányzati rendelet alapján kerületi egyedi védett érték. Azonosító nem ismert.- Budapest, Belváros-Lipótváros, Belváros városrész, Belgrád rakpart (egykori Ferenc József rakpart) 24. = Molnár utca 7. szám, helyrajzi szám: 23853.
