Deutsch: Banner des Landkreises Neuwied, Rheinland-Pfalz
Beschreibung des Wappens: „In Silber (Weiß) eine eingeschweifte goldene (gelbe) Spitze, darin ein rechtshin schreitender blauer Pfau mit gesenktem Schweif, oben vorn ein durchgehendes rotes Kreuz und hinten ein durchgehendes rotes Kreuz.“

Beschreibung des Banners:„Das Banner des Landkreises ist weiß-rot-weiß im Verhältnis 3:4:3 längsgestreift mit dem aufgelegten Wappen im oberen Drittel des Tuches.“
