Description

CLAY NATIONAL GUARD CENTER, Marietta, Ga., January 7, 2018 - Brigadier General Randall V. Simmons Jr., Assistant Adjutant General, Georgia Army National Guard, presents outgoing Command Sergeant Major Phillip Stringfield, Command Sergeant Major, Georgia Army National Guard, with the Legion of Merit Medal at a change of responsibility ceremony. The medal is presented in gratitude for his three years of service as the state command sergeant major.
