English: A cast copper alloy, post-medieval asymmetrical mount (AD 1600-1700). The mount is lozenge shaped with openwork decoration consisting of a narrow boarder with four holes, one in each point. On the back of the mount there are two broken lugs. The mount is a mid green. It measures 26.3mm long, 19.9mm wide, 2.4mm thick and weighs 2.8 grams. |
