English: Time-lapse sequence of a HeLa cells stably expressing H2B-mCherry/mEGFP-α-tubulin treated with 0.1% DMSO. The cell was imaged on a spinning-disk confocal system with a Plan Apochromat 63x, 1.4 N.A., oil objective lens. 3D-stacks (5z slices, 2μm steps) were recorded for 12hrs with a time resolution of 10min. Selected time points were z-projected, cropped, contrasted and filtered in ImageJ. |
