English: Yue Fei’s statue is located 612 meters east of Yellow Crane Tower (黄鹤楼). Close to the statue, there is an engraving of four characters that read "Restore our lost territories!". The statue is 8 meters tall, 6.3 meters not including the pedestal and weighs 16 tons. The artwork is a collaboration between the "Hubei Institute of Fine Arts" teachers: Fu Zhongwang, Chen Yucun, Sun Shaoqun and Xiang Jinguo. Wuchang Shipyard No. 2 Foundry helped with the bronze casting.
