在2020年中秋节来临之际，藏族面包师巴桑次仁在自己的面包房召集员工，为在内地的汉族岳父、岳母及亲朋，马不停蹄地准备节日“心意”。 巴桑次仁告诉记者，中秋节是中国最古老的传统节日之一，希望在内地的家人品尝到具有“西藏味道”的中秋月饼，也以此表达他对亲朋独一无二的中秋祝福。 在巴桑次仁的面包房里，能歌善舞的藏族员工们，在制作月饼的同时齐唱祝福歌，他们伴着动听的歌曲，双手不停地把揉好的糌粑和特色馅料包进面皮中，并手工压制出带有青稞穗等精美图案的特色月饼，而在一旁的烤箱内飘出青稞月饼特有的香味。 记者了解到，西藏多家月饼生产企业与巴桑次仁的想法不谋而合，也准备了多款具有“西藏口味”的月饼，他们除了以青稞为月饼的主要原料之外，当地特产牦牛肉、松茸、人参果、奶渣等都是特色月饼的主打“馅料”。 据介绍，为了让更多的民众品尝“西藏美味”，自疫情后复工复产以来，这家企业创新生产当地特色月饼，以满足广大民众的需求。（贡桑拉姆） |
