English: The bar inside Mangin Villa - Wall Poster - SaPa Museum - "The western poeple and especially the military were attracted to SaPa with its fresh and cool weather. in 1909, Tourres had proposed to establish a military sanatorium in SaPa which was started in 1913 and the first officers were sent here to relax two years later. On Janueary 14th, 1919, the expansion project was approved by Albert Sarraut (officer from the artillery and military strains) to increase and satisfy the capacity of the sanatorium from 40 up to 200 people, with all categories as meeting rooms, dining rooms, libraries, galleries, bars, entertainment toom, tennis courts (San Quan)...
