English: Team Navy/Coast Guard members strategically position themselves in a game of wheelchair basketball against Team Air Force during the 2013 Warrior Games May 14. The Warrior Games includes competitions in archery, cycling, seated volleyball, shooting, swimming, track and field, and wheelchair basketball. The goal of the Warrior Games is not necessarily to identify the most skilled athletes, but rather to demonstrate the incredible potential of wounded warriors through competitive sports. More than 200 wounded, ill, or injured service members from the U.S. and U.K. armed forces are scheduled to compete in the Paralympics-style competition May 11-16.
